Photographer Near Me
For local pros · How it works

From signup to your first lead in under a week.

Three steps. No long onboarding. No 60-minute sales call. Here’s exactly what happens, on your side and on ours.

Step 01

Verify

We check your license and insurance once. The badge is yours forever.

What you do
  • Submit your state contractor license number.
  • Upload a current Certificate of Insurance (COI). General liability + workers' comp if you have a crew.
  • Add your business legals: LLC name, EIN (or SSN if sole prop), service area, primary trade.
What we do
  • Verify the license against the state board database (we do the lookup, you don't).
  • Match the COI to your business name, check expiration, confirm coverage limits.
  • Stamp your account with a verified badge that customers and other pros can see.
How long
Usually 24–48 hours. We've turned around verifications same-day when documents land before noon ET.
What it costs
Free. Verification is included on every tier, even the free tier.
Common gotchas
  • If your license expired during the off-season, renew it first — we can't approve a lapsed license.
  • DBA-only businesses (no LLC, no formal entity) can still verify, but we'll flag it on the listing so customers know.
  • Insurance proof needs to be current. A 6-month-old COI won't pass.

Step 02

List

We pull your pin onto the local map and stand up your industry-specific listing.

What you do
  • Pick your primary trade. Whichever vertical we have a directory for in your area, you'll see it listed during signup.
  • Set your service area. Draw it on a map or tell us your radius.
  • Add up to 12 photos of past work. Real jobs, not stock.
  • Write a 2-paragraph bio in your own voice. We'll polish, not rewrite.
  • If you have existing reviews on Google or Facebook, paste the URL and we'll import them.
What we do
  • Build your industry-specific landing page. SEO-optimized, mobile-first.
  • Drop your verified pin onto the local map for that industry.
  • Wire your inbox so leads from your service area route to you.
  • Set up your dashboard so the office manager (or you) can manage everything from one screen.
How long
The listing goes live within 1–2 business days of approval. SEO indexing takes another week or two before you start showing in Google search.
What it costs
Free during the v1 beta. After beta, included on every paid tier.
Common gotchas
  • Photos matter. Pros with at least 6 real-job photos close 3x more leads than pros with stock or no photos.
  • Don't oversell your service area. If you're a 1-truck operation, listing 3 counties means you'll burn out driving to leads you can't profitably serve.
  • If your existing reviews are on a closed platform (e.g., a defunct directory), we may not be able to import them — but we'll show you how to ask customers to re-submit.

Step 03

Get leads + close them

Inbound leads land in your inbox. You quote, follow up, and mark won/lost — all in one place.

What you do
  • Open the lead. Project scope, location, budget range, and customer contact are all there.
  • Send a quote using a built-in template, or paste your own. Track when the customer opens it.
  • Mark won or lost. Add a note: why did this close, why did it not?
  • Optionally: send a review request after a job, in one click.
What we do
  • Score and route every lead before it hits you. We use service area, project type, budget, and your current capacity.
  • Send you alerts (email + SMS once that ships) the moment a lead arrives.
  • Track your pipeline and surface the metrics that matter: response time, win rate, average ticket, lifetime value.
  • Compound your reputation: every won + reviewed job lifts your placement in your industry hub.
How long
Most pros see their first inbound lead within 7 days of going live. The compound effect on placement and SEO kicks in around month 2–3.
What it costs
Flat monthly subscription. No per-lead charges. See pricing tiers.
Common gotchas
  • Speed-to-quote matters. Pros who respond within 1 hour win 5x more often than pros who respond next-day.
  • Don't ignore the 'lost' button. Marking why you lost helps us tune routing for you specifically.
  • If you go on vacation, pause your listing. We'll route leads to other verified pros until you're back. Don't ghost customers — it wrecks your placement.

That’s it. Three steps.

Most pros go from sign-up to verified within 48 hours, listed within another day, and get their first inbound lead inside the first week.
