What you can count on right now.

  • We answer the phone

    If a pro doesn't show, ghosts you, or charges wildly more than the quoted price, you can call or email us. A human reads every complaint.

  • We mediate

    We log the issue, contact the pro, and help mediate. We can't force outcomes, but we can apply pressure — and we do.

  • We pull bad actors

    Two unresolved complaints = removed from the platform. Public. The verified badge means something specifically because it can be taken away.

  • Refund + replace guarantee

    Stage 8

    Up to a per-job cap. If a verified pro doesn't deliver, we refund the deposit and match you with another pro. Capped initially while we calibrate the math.

  • In-platform review system

    Stage 5

    Leave a public review after every job. Verified-only — meaning only customers with a real lead match can post. Cuts out the bought-review noise.

We’re a small team building this in public.

We can’t promise a $10,000 insurance backstop yet — we’re not at that scale. What we can promise: every pro you see has been vetted, every complaint gets read by a human, and the worst actors get bounced fast. As we grow, the guarantees get teeth. See the roadmap for what’s shipping next.
